What is Agentic AI?
Agentic AI refers to AI systems that work on their own, making decisions and taking actions to reach specific goals.
Effective Handoff Considerations:
- Contextually transfer essential information with the next agent to avoid customer repetition. 
- Handoff should be smooth transitions, minimizing disruption and enhancing user experience. 
- Provide actions to help the human agent quickly integrate seamlessly for an efficient takeover.
