Agentic AI refers to AI systems that work on their own, making decisions and taking actions to reach specific goals.

Effective Handoff Considerations:

  • Contextually transfer essential information with the next agent to avoid customer repetition.

  • Handoff should be smooth transitions, minimizing disruption and enhancing user experience.

  • Provide actions to help the human agent quickly integrate seamlessly for an efficient takeover.

  • The AI agent should explain the handoff to build trust and confidence between all participants..
