What are OKRs?
Objectives and Key Results, or OKRs, help organizations, teams, and individuals set and track clear goals. They include two main parts: an Objective, which is the overall goal, and Key Results, which are specific metrics to measure progress. OKRs encourage businesses to explore new strategies to surpass competitors and lead the industry.
