UX Design Process

User-Centered design principles hold up the foundation of my UX process. It begins with user involvement through research providing deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Through understanding the users needs, I uncover goals, aspirations, and pain points, allowing for a more iterative design process with high emphasis on user-centricity and accessibility. Usability of any product should be intuitive, simple and consistent with recognizable patterns and fluid harmonious design language. But what is key throughout all of this is empathy for the users plight to effortlessly excel at their daily jobs to be done with ease. I value my user experience work measured against company OKRs and KPIs. While UX designers improve user engagement, we also aid, albeit behind the scenes, in advancing a company’s goals and ambitions helping to increase market share and overall value.
